is guided tour of the city to visit the principal land marks including Capital
Hill, KICC, National Museum with its palaentology hall,
Snake
Park, Railway Museum and City Market, and the raods e.g. Parliament road with

you to the principal landmarks plus the suburbs and informal Markets, for

Blixen, Giraffe Manor and Ostrich Park
Visit the home of a former coffee farmer, Karen Blixen, now preserved as a
Museum. Proceed to the Giraffe Manor where you can feed rare Rothschild giraffe.
A nature walk on the forest across the river. End the tour with a visit to
the Ostrich Park.
Bomas of Kenya
Enjoy a cross-section of folk dances (Traditional dancers) from various tribes

Visit to the Aid Orphanage (Nyumbani)
This
is a very touching experience, and for moral support, Donation, and gift to
the aids orphans. Nyumbani is a place with children who have been orphaned
by aids and do not have a responsible guardian to watch over. Your little
donation /gift is highly appreciated here.
Nyumbani is situated along the Langata road after Karen.
August
7th Memorial Park
This is a park that was build to commemorate the 7th August 1998 bombing attacks
of the US Embassy, which was believe to have been caused by suicide bombers
associated with Osama Bin Laden terrorism network.. A very sad history for
Kenyans, and today the Governments has converted the Venue into a garden of
Solace for those directly affected by the tragedy, and a living monument to
humanity and condemnation of Terrorism!
This is unforgettably painful tragedy to remember for Kenyans and a few American
who lost their lives in the 7th August bombing. This tragedy claimed 216 innocent
souls, and a big number was seriously wounded and hospitalized. Those who
died included a few Americans and the rest were Kenyans, their names have
been displayed on a Monument Stone, and a brief history is given to those
new in Kenya. Each year on the same dates, there is public memorial for those
who lost their lives due to the tragedy. The Park opens daily for all, however
when visiting the park you are expected to befit the sanctity of the site
and treat fellow visitors with respect, considering all what took place there!

National
Museum or Railway Museum
The National Museum is a reservation of the Kenyan/s History, Culture, Tradition
and Government, during the past years. There are many portraits, wildlife,
the old study of the Human origin and many different relevant species that
have been discovered within the past years from different parts of the country.
Anything in the history that has ever been discovered in Kenya can be found
here!
The Museum is commonly toured by Locals, Tourists as well as young pupils
for educational programs and it takes around 2 and half to three hours. There
also exist a Snake Park on the side of the National Museum where all types
of Snakes in Kenya can be found.
A visit to the nearby Railway Museum within the Kenya Railways will give you
full details of the first Mortgages.
