The
Contract
1. Booking: Any booking client/s be it an individual
or on behalf of others does so on his or her own accord, therefore all
are bound by the same booking conditions as if they personally made
the application directly. Any booking should be made with Jehome Conditions
and all rights reserved.
2. Confirmation: A booking is confirmed on a full payment
100% or at least 50% of the total amount due, where by the amounts should
be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the date of the guests arrival, check
in or safari departure. Any booking not honouring, withstanding this
term will be considered canceled and the company will not be held responsible
at all.
3. Last Minute bookings: Any booking within the last
six to one week of arrival, Check in or Safari departure, is treated
as a last minute booking as a result must be paid in full for confirmation,
with immediate effect.
4. Cancellations Fee: Cancellation at a prior notice
in advance within three months before arrival or departure will be charged
a fee of 25% of the total amounts to be paid by the client. A Cancellation
within less than 30 days will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost
to be paid by the client, while a fee of 100% total costs will be charged
to a less than a week’s time cancellation to no show cases.
5. Insurance: The safari does not include your (Client’s)
personal insurance or luggages’. It is strongly recommended that clients
also take a personal and baggage insurance before traveling. However
the company can at a prior request assist in arranging a membership
to a temporary medical emergencies at an extra cost, whereby the terms
and conditions will reserve the rights of the booking organization e.g.
the flying Doctors Society of Africa or any other related organization
for that matter and not Jehome’s. Such assistance shall however, be
at the Companies' discretion, the client acknowledges that in doing
so, the Company is not assuming any obligation or liability and that
nevertheless the responsibility to ensure that the aforesaid services
are rendered in the event of a crises to enable the client to enjoy
the benefits remains and shall be the clients.
6. Refunds: Incase a client has changed his or her
mind a mid safari, services, accommodation, or other arrangements, and
wants or discontinue the trip, or use other facilities than Jehome’s
initial booked, then, the company or any of the personnel’s on behalf
shall not be liable for any of their such changes expenses, damages,
or losses attributing, neither shall it be responsible for any refunds
for that matter.
The company shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from
any errors or omissions contained in its sites, brochure or other, late
or non-confirmation, availability or acceptance of bookings, loss or
damage caused by delays, sickness, injury or death, if occasioned by
negligence or not. Further to this the Company shall have the right
to cancel any tour, part thereof or make any changes in itinerary or
route, accommodation, price or other details and in the event of any
tour being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable by weather, war,
government interference, availability, risks, strike or any other causes
in anyway affecting the company, or extra expenses involved as a result
thereof shall be the responsibility of the Client. Jehome Tours reserve
the rights to and shall be entitled to cancel any tour or product sold
prior to departure. In such cases the company will weigh the loss and
the damages and evaluate if a possible refund is applicable to the date
shall be effected to the client who shall have no claims of any nature
against the company on such cancellations whatsoever.
7. Luggage’s: The clients are responsible of their
own laggages and the company shall not be responsible for any losses
or damages whatsoever on left behind luggages, or carelessly misplaced
belongings.
8. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the
client to make sure that he/she has the right traveling documents including
the Visa if so needs/requires from and to the particular country. Visas
for Tanzania or Uganda can be obtained from their respective Embassies,
or at the Airport at arrival if not right at the border if crossing
by road, for more details refer to the web on the General information
on both Uganda and Tanzania. Take note of each entry tot he country.
9. Confidentiality: If a client/s acknowledges a proposed
itinerary and price, and the two parties (Client and Jehome Tours)agrees
the same on the binding contract, the company reserve all the rights
to disclose the same itinerary to other client/s who wish to enjoy the
same safari at any given time without notice to the client, such disclosure,
or difference in prices change of routes, or camps on safari as dictated
by changing conditions should never be a reason at all to cause or entitle
any cancellations or break of the contract whatsoever.
10. Respect: Each booking client is very important
as the other, and unless booked on a private safari, a client/s should
never contribute or constitute into a nuisance state whereby other clients
are offended or uncomfortable in anyway and that the company policy
to respect one another will be well abided. Such kind of behaviour shall
be a key to cancellation of the such deeds client plus a penalty of
the effected cancellation without any question.
11. Prices: The prices quoted herein and in our catalogues
are subject to change at any time as the management deem right, depending
on any increament in either facilities, park/camping fees or related,
fuel, or any other that may affect the company on the aforsaid trip
forcing implemention without prior notice and the company reserves the
right to do so un announced.
12. Any client/s booking any facility, Safari, or any other services
with Jehome Tours agrees to do so on the basis of this Contract and
shall,/agrees to keep and treat this agreement with respect duly as
can be interpreted according to the laws respectively.
